For Sponsors and Full Table reservations, if you don't know all the people who will be joining you, please note the code you will receive upon submission. This code will allow you to add members to your group at a later date. Please enter "TBD" in the name field(s).

 

The deadline to edit your group information is October 15.

 

Important Reminder: As outlined in the SJDL Parent-Student Handbook, each SJDL family is required to donate an item or service worth at least $125. Alternatively, a cash or gift card donation of $125 works perfectly too!
